Hotel Rate (AFF Special)

• Conference special rate: $69.00 plus tax 
  You must request this special AFF room rate, which is only guaranteed through May 12, 2002.

• The special rate may not be available after May 12th, and other functions may result in a shortage of rooms.  So register early!

• Note: The AFF Special Room Rate is available for up to 3-days before and after the conference -- for those who want to combine vacation time.

• Attendees need to make their own hotel reservations and pay the hotel directly for their rooms and non-conference meals.
  

Hotel Directions

• Directions:  The hotel is located at 5555 Hazeltine National Drive.  It is easily visible from Highway 436 (Semoran Boulevard) and Route 528, which runs from Interstate 4 to the Florida Turnpike.  Your registration confirmation packet will include detailed driving directions.
  
  From Orlando International Airport

• Exit Airport following signs for Semoran Blvd. (Hwy. 436) North.
• Hotel is 1.5 miles from Airport on left side of road.
  
  From Tampa/West Coast Area

• I-4 East to Exit Hwy 528 East (Beeline Expressway).

• Follow signs for “Orlando International Airport.”

• Go through 2 toll booths ($.50 and $.75).  Exit after 2nd toll booth –Hwy 436 North (Semoran Blvd.)

  From Jacksonville Area

• I-95 to I-4 West. Exit at 408 East (formerly called the East-West Expressway)

• Go through one toll booth - $.75.

• Take exit for Semoran Blvd. (Hwy 436)

• You will see signs for “Orlando International Airport.”

• At intersection turn right onto Semoran Blvd., going south approximately nine miles.

• Hotel on right hand side of road, immediately past Hertz Car Rental.
  
  From South Florida Area

• Florida Turnpike North. Exit Hwy 528 East (Beeline Expressway).

• Follow signs for “Orlando International Airport.”

• Go through two toll boths - $.50 and $.75.

• Exit immediately after second toll booth – Semoran Blvd. (Hwy 436) North.

• Hotel is ¼ mile on left side of road.

From South Florida Area (alternative)

• I-95 North to Exit Hwy 528 West (Beeline Expressway).

• Follow signs for “Orlando International Airport” and follow directions above.
   

Central Florida Area

• I-4 to 408 East (formerly called the East-West Expressway).

• Go through one toll booth - $.75.

• Take exit for Semoran Blvd. (Hwy 436).

• Follow signs for “Orlando International Airport”

• At intersection turn right onto Semoran Blvd. going South approximately nine miles.

• Hotel is on right hand side of the road, immediately past Hertz Car Rental.
   

Airport Shuttle

• Airport courtesy vans - free!
• To get the free airport shuttle go down one level to the baggage claim. Go to the courtesy phones and push the button for Crowne Plaza Orlando Airport. Tell the guest services representative at the hotel what side of the airport you are at (either A side or B side).  The shuttle will pick you up within 15 minutes.
