The conference and pre-conference events will take place at The Dumas Bay Centre is a tranquil retreat-and-conference facility that overlooks Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. Facilities include a 254-seat theater and several large meeting rooms.

The Dumas Bay Centre, like most retreat centers, is dormitory style.

All rooms have a sink and two twin beds. About half of the rooms have a half-bath.

Showers are shared. There are two hotels that are about a 10-minute drive to the center.

Registrants will receive maps, directions, and transportation information with their registration confirmation packets.

Airport transportation is available by taxi or shuttle services.
