The conference and preconference events will take place in conference facilities of the
University of Minnesota, St. Paul campus. Registrants will receive maps, directions, and
transportation information with their registration confirmation packets.
Attendees can purchase inexpensive meals at university dining halls and/or at the
conference hotel. The registration fee does not include meals.
A special rate has been obtained on sleeping accommodations at the Ramada
Minneapolis/St. Paul, 2540 North Cleveland Avenue, Roseville, MN 55113. The Ramada Inn
offers a free shuttle to the university campus throughout the day. Most trips to the
university take 5-10 minutes. Airport transportation to and from the hotel is available by
taxi or limousine service (Premier Transportation, 800-899-7433).
Registering for the conference does not reserve a hotel room. You must make your own
hotel reservations. Ask for the special AFF conference rate, which is $59 per room,
for up to four persons. This special rate is only guaranteed until May 1st,
